Eric Beins is a seasoned technology leader with a wealth of experience in implementing Microsoft technology platforms, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Data & AI, Power Platform, and all things Copilot. Eric excels in strategic planning, execution, and delivering enterprise solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.

With over 20 years of IT product management and enterprise CRM experience, Eric has successfully delivered large-scale solutions across global operations in over two-dozen countries. Passionate about innovation and operational efficiency, he excels at aligning technology with business objectives to enhance customer engagement, streamline processes, and drive sustained growth. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at JourneyTeam, he defines and executes the company’s technology strategy, leveraging Microsoft Cloud, AI, and custom development to drive digital transformation.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids doing anything in the outdoors in Utah, Idaho and Montana – whether it’s hiking, fishing, camping or golfing. If it’s outside, he’ll do it.
