To qualify for this award, the company needed to receive a minimum threshold of reviews based on employee ratings such as overall satisfaction, career opportunities, compensation, work-life balance, leadership, benefits, and business outlook. Then a third-party organization evaluated the submissions and chose the top tier organizations.
