What is the SHERPA Program?


Companies who have looked into Business Central and determined that it’s the right solution for their needs will have questions about implementation. Plus, every company is different. Some companies may need a “concierge” experience where they’re consulting with someone every step of the way and have the consultant do most of the heavy lifting. Others may have some experience implementing an ERP system and while they may not require much assistance, they could benefit from some guidance into Business Central. Essentially, they may be looking for reassurance that everything is being set up correctly and have a designated consultant that can provide support. That’s where the SHERPA program comes in.

JourneyTEAM acts as your technology guide as you move to Business Central. You determine the pace at which you want to migrate and do the heavy lifting yourself while JourneyTEAM assists with any issues you run into. Our program is like a classroom scenario that takes place over the course of three months. These classes and workshops will take you through the implementation process of Business Central step-by-step and are led by a team of professionals.



Ongoing Support Even After Implementation


Once you’ve completed your three month course, the remaining nine months is spent providing you the support you need through a managed services plan. This plan provides you a dedicated support team that you can communicate with via phone, email, online chat, or a custom support portal.

Services included as part of this plan include:

  • Access to a self-service portal where you can review documentation or online Microsoft training.

  • Reviews of system health and performance metrics

  • Recorded workshop training and materials and access to the Business Central community team.

Our program includes weekly support, which gives you access to:

  • Emergency on-call support

  • One-on-one support

  • Patch and upgrade assistance

Should you need additional support, you can purchase additional time at an affordable price.
