Sales Accelerator Overview

The Dynamics 365 Sales Insights Sales Accelerator helps sellers in your organization increase their sales productivity, and prioritize activities for the day via the worklist available in your sales app.

August 25, 2021 Dynamics 365 Sales Insights Sales Accelerator uses the sequence designer to create a sequence of activities—separated by time intervals—including emails, phone calls, and tasks. It also allows you to enable and configure predictive lead scoring and predictive opportunity scoring to display predictive scores for each record in the worklist. Displaying the score helps your sellers to prioritize leads and opportunities based on their predicted likelihood to convert to new deals.

Requirements for Sales Accelerator are:

  • To have purchased a Sales Insights license, Dynamics 365 Sales Premium license, or start a trial to use advanced Sales Insights features.

  • Enable advanced Sales Insights features.

1. Sales Accelerator will reduce the number of tools needed to manage a large number of customers – this will increase efficiencies by

  • Managing key activities from one place more efficiently

  • helping sellers organize and prioritize tasks by the various customers

  • Prioritizing by AI and Insights

  • Having consolidated data points on the form from various AI services to determine things like Lead Score

  • Basing measures on Key Indicators that are updated in real-time

2. Allowing sellers to make phone calls seamlessly with teams without having to jump between applications by offering the following:

  • recording any business-critical insights mentioned during the call, which will be highlighted so that a user can reach points of interest in seconds

  • Automatically capturing any follow-up action items or commitments made during the call and be added to the notes to ensure no items are missed

  • At the end of the call, sellers will be presented with a ‘Rich’ report summarizing core highlights and addressing the varying sentiment throughout the conversation

  • The report will be saved as part of the customer journey in Dynamics

4. Giving sellers a complete view of previous interactions, Including transcripts and Highlights
