JourneyTeam is excited to welcome Ryan Grant as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Dustin P. Eyre as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – two important additions to our executive leadership team as we continue to evolve and position JourneyTeam for our next stage of growth.
As a 100% Microsoft-focused partner, JourneyTeam continues to evolve alongside our customers and Microsoft. The rapid advancement of AI, continued innovation across the Microsoft Cloud, and changing expectations for how organizations realize value from technology are creating significant opportunities – for our customers, our team members, and our business.
With that opportunity comes the need to continually strengthen how we lead, operate, and invest in the business.
Ryan and Dustin bring deep experience in their respective areas and add important perspectives to an executive leadership team focused on one shared priority: building a stronger JourneyTeam that creates greater value for our customers and greater opportunity for our people.
Strengthening our focus on customer and business growth
As CRO, Ryan Grant will provide executive leadership across JourneyTeam’s revenue strategy and sales organization, with a focus on accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding how we bring the breadth of JourneyTeam’s Microsoft capabilities to the organizations we serve.
Working closely with JourneyTeam’s executive leadership team, Ryan will help connect customer needs, Microsoft opportunities, and our solution expertise to create sustainable growth and even greater value for our customers.
His addition strengthens a leadership team intentionally built around complementary areas of expertise – from revenue and financial strategy to marketing, operations, people, technology, and delivery – all aligned around JourneyTeam’s long-term direction.
Building a strong financial foundation for what’s next
As CFO, Dustin Eyre will lead JourneyTeam’s financial strategy and operations, bringing additional financial leadership and insight to support the company’s continued evolution.
Dustin’s focus will extend beyond the financial performance of the business. His leadership will help us make informed decisions about where and how we invest, ensuring JourneyTeam has the financial discipline and visibility to support our people, expand our capabilities, and continue delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
What this means for our customers
For our customers, strengthening our executive leadership team is ultimately about becoming an even better partner.
Technology is moving quickly, particularly as AI becomes embedded across Microsoft’s platform and across the way businesses operate. Our customers need more than technical expertise. They need a partner who understands where Microsoft is going, can connect technology to business priorities, and has the organizational strength to support them from strategy through implementation, adoption, and ongoing evolution.
The addition of Ryan and Dustin further strengthens our ability to do exactly that – investing thoughtfully in our capabilities, bringing the right expertise to our customers, and building relationships designed to create long-term value.
What this means for our employees
Our ability to deliver for customers starts with our people.
As JourneyTeam grows and evolves, we’re equally focused on creating an organization where talented people can do meaningful work, grow their careers, and understand how what they do contributes to the success of our customers and our company.
As our executive leadership team evolves, we’re bringing together the experience and perspectives needed to lead JourneyTeam’s next chapter with intention – creating greater clarity across the business, investing thoughtfully in our teams, and continuing to strengthen the culture and values that make JourneyTeam who we are.
Building the next chapter of JourneyTeam
This is an exciting time for JourneyTeam. Our Microsoft partnership continues to create new possibilities, AI is reshaping what’s possible for our customers, and the opportunity ahead of us has never been greater.
Adding Ryan and Dustin to our executive leadership team represents another important step in preparing JourneyTeam for that future.
We’re excited to welcome them both and look forward to the experience, leadership, and perspective they’ll bring as we continue building a stronger JourneyTeam – for our customers, our team members, and what’s next.
