JourneyTEAM Was Recently Awarded Microsoft’s 2020 US Partner of the Year Award for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Eagle Crystal Award for Dynamics 365 Business Central
This past year has been a record year for JourneyTEAM, and Microsoft has taken notice. JourneyTEAM has been awarded the 2020 MSUS Partner of the Year Award for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Media & Communication), and the Eagle Crystal Trophy for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
JourneyTEAM was honored among a field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in leadership, customer impact, solution innovation, deployment, and exceptional use of Microsoft technologies. Awards were classified in several categories, with honorees chosen from a set of more than 3,300 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide.
David Willis, Corporate Vice President, US Partner Group at Microsoft, explained why JourneyTEAM received the award: “Their work to enable our mutual customers to achieve more shows JourneyTEAM's dedication to success and they stand out as a model to other US Partners.”
What JourneyTEAM has accomplished over the last year is truly remarkable. They have continually aligned themselves with Microsoft's vision. They have increased employee head count, trainings, and solution offerings. JourneyTEAM is a FastTrack Ready partner, and was selected among a few key partners for pilot programs such as the SMC co-sell Modern Workplace program.
MSUS PARTNER OF THE YEAR AWARD
The first win was the 2020 MSUS Partner of the Year award for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Media and Communication). JourneyTEAM was chosen for the work done with WGBH (PBS Affiliate) and similar organizations. Based off of Microsoft numbers, JourneyTEAM's Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement team saw a year-over-year growth of 47% of client wins and total revenue.

EAGLE CRYSTAL TROPHY AWARD
The second win was the Eagle Crystal Trophy, awarded to the Top 5 managed partners with the highest customer adds in Dynamics 265 Business Central. Based off of Microsoft numbers, JourneyTEAM saw a 258% year-over-year growth for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
