Amplify harnesses the power of AI in specific, useful ways. Amplify implements writing help for crafting various types of messages throughout your organization. These messages can also be published to multiple channels simultaneously.
Amplify empowers employees to:
Manage multiple campaigns from one location
Effectively analyze campaign metrics
Create messages and responses to promote communication
Amplify is currently in Private Preview, so it’s not available to the public quite yet.
Pulse uses AI by taking smart templates, research-backed questions, and analytics to help managers understand what’s going well, and what needs extra attention in their organization. Proactively gain insights and solve common problems with Pulse.

Resolutions for issues
Pulse should be available sometime in 2023.
Viva Topics uses AI to organize information into categories that make the most sense. Topics makes it far easier to find information users are looking for, right when they need it.

Viva Learning allows you to share and implement content within your Teams conversations. Employees will expand their skillsets and advance their knowledge and performance with the Viva learning courses.

Viva Goals makes organizational, team, and individual goals clear by showing goal progress. Through AI, Goals reporting capabilities can reflect results updates in Excel and other goal-tracking tools.

Allow managers to view goal insights and goal journeys of their employees
Goals is available now.
Do you ever feel like you need someone to tell you when it’s time for a break at work? Meet Viva Insights, your new work mom who only cares about your well-being.
Viva Insights uses AI to give you:
An overview of happenings to occur that day
A platform to provide feedback on meetings and coworker performance
Occasional reminders to take a break
It even has a product called Headspace that gives guided meditations, filters, or shuts off work notifications at the end of the day, and a checklist so you can cross off your daily accomplishments. Work effectively while taking care of your well-being thanks to Viva Insights.
Insights is available now and is compatible with most Microsoft platforms.
Viva Engage is essentially a work social media platform, where you can connect and share your interests with coworkers.
Engage uses Copilot, an AI assistant, to help:
